N-able® N-central & N-sight (Americas) Ecoverse Scripting & Vulnerabilities Views: Delay in Displaying Data We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Scripting and Vulnerabilities views within N-central and N-sight, where Scripting views (Executions and Tasks) and the Vulnerabilities Activity view are experiencing a delay in displaying data in the UI. We want to assure customers and technicians that the underlying events are occurring as normal. The scripts and vulnerability scans are running as expected - customers may experience a delay of a few hours before it is reflected in the UI. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause. We will provide further updates as our investigation progresses.

N-Able® (N-central) (All Regions) Some features controlled by our feature flag service may not be functioning as expected. Following the resolution of the LaunchDarkly outage on July 10, N-able identified an issue on July 15 at 11:00 AM EDT where feature flag changes made since the outage may not have been applied correctly on some N-central servers. To ensure all feature flag updates are applied properly, please reboot your N-central server at your earliest convenience. If an affected feature is urgently needed and a server reboot is not possible, our Support team can provide alternative remediation steps that do not require a restart. If you have already restarted your N-central server on or after July 11th, no action is required. All Hosted/NCOD environments have already been remediated, and no action is required.
